I’m Sophie — the gal behind all the pretty paper pieces you see here and throughout Instagram (@sincerelysophie.paper), come follow along! I’m a Rhode Island-based stationery designer, mama, and wife living by the sea with a love for typography, watercolor textures, meaningful details, and all things coastal-garden inspired. Simply put: beautiful things set my soul on fire.

Sincerely Sophie began with my own love story and a passion for turning meaningful moments into art. After designing my own wedding stationery (while tuning into the royal wedding!), I fell in love with the magic of paper and the way thoughtful details can make people feel. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a calling.
Over the years, life evolved — marriage, motherhood, and growing our family — but the creative pull toward stationery never left. In 2025, I refined my business, evolved alongside my designs, and rebranded into what is now Sincerely Sophie.
Today, I specialize in romantic, classic, coastal-garden wedding stationery filled with watercolor textures, intentional details, and a touch of whimsy. Every suite is designed to feel personal, timeless, and deeply reflective of the couple it belongs to.

What sets me apart?
Although a lot of my focus is full custom stationery, I do offer both semi custom and full custom stationery services (stay tuned for everyday paper, my Etsy shop will be opening summer 2026). My design aesthetic is classic, coastal with pops of whimsy bright colors, florals & watercolor elements. I’m a digital artist and experiment with hand sketching when I’m feeling ambitious. Nitty-gritty details excitement me rather than overwhelm me. This is where I find most success. I genuinely enjoy learning about your love stories, creating pretty paper pieces and sealing them in envelopes. I’m very hands on, offering a full service experience so that you don’t have to lift a finger. I’m a one woman show and will work with you seamlessly from beginning to end! I’m truly passionate about what I do and a firm believer that print isn’t dead! In fact, because of people in love, like you, the stationery industry is thriving! I’m married to my real-life superhero husband, Dan. A mama to the best tiny humans—Olivia (5), Wells (2), and our sweet fur-baby, Harper. I’m a summer gal to my core and a lover of NE coastal charm (insert blue hydrangea emoji). We live by the ocean in the sweetest 1960’s ranch that my husband has so graciously brought back to life through all of my wild… “wait, what if we changed this again?” ideas. When I’m not designing or giving my husband another reno tip, I’m likely coffee in hand, chasing my kiddos at the beach.
