Terms and Conditions

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the project date and begin work. No design or artwork begins until the retainer and signed contract are received. The remaining balance is due at final proof approval (approximately 5 months before the wedding date). No files will be sent to print until the invoice is paid in full. The 50% covers our time working on your designs as well as the secured spot on our schedule. In terms of running a profitable business, when we reserve a spot for you on our schedule, we are turning away other business. For this reasoning, all retainer fees are nonrefundable. All payments made are non-refundable. If the Client cancels: All completed work to date will be billed. No refunds are issued for work already performed.
If production has begun, the Client is responsible for all production costs. If Sincerely Sophie must cancel due to emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued for any uncompleted work. When booking with Sincerely Sophie please be sure to read our Stationery Terms and Contract Form thoroughly to ensure all parties understand our terms and conditions.
