What is Semi-Custom?

Our Semi-Custom Collections offer timeless pre-made designs with a refined, efficient process—perfect for couples who want a custom feel without the extended timeline of a full custom design.

All Semi-Custom suites are sold as a pre-designed packages. This means that all watercolor artwork, text layout, and font styles are ready to be updated with your wedding details, wording and initials placed into the pre-made monogram designs (if included in your chosen suite). All core pre-designed elements are fixed. Also, included in all suite packages are printed guest addresses on coordinating colored envelopes that create a cohesive, luxury look. Interested in adding the bells and whistles to your suite? We can talk upgrades once you book with Sincerely Sophie: Silk Ribbons, Wax Seals, Envelope Liners.

The best part? You chose how involved you’d like to be. Enjoy a white glove experience and book assembly & mailing; you don’t have to lift a finger. Or, you can choose to be hands on. All you have to do is assemble, stamp, and pop these pretty paper pieces in the mail!



Ordering Process

Our process and simple! Ideal for couples who value beautiful design, efficient timelines, and a clear process.

Step 1. Shop the collections

Browse all Semi-Custom Collections. See one that you love? Inquire! Fill out the order form to begin the Semi-Custom process. Typical response time (depending on weekday or weekend) is 24-36 hours.

Step 2. Book with us

Ready to make it official? Submit your retainer fee to secure your spot on our calendar. At this time an invoice will be sent to you. Sincerely Sophie accepts a limited number of clients per month, ensuring we are available to fully guide you from the moment you book until your invitations are on the way to your guests. When you are officially booked, we will begin the design process!

Step 3. Personalize your wedding suite

You’ll receive an invitation details form to fill in your own information and wedding details. Once your updated wedding details, wording and edits are submitted, we will design your wedding suite. High end digital proofs will be available to you. At this time 3 rounds of revisions are available. We will guide you through every step of the design process. Please note: additional revisions will be an added cost of $50.00 per each round.

Step 4. Proof and Print

Once the design process is finalized, approved and signed, the final payment is due. Please note that all payments are due at this time, we will not move to production without receiving a final payment. We encourage payment to be payed at the time of production to ensure we stay within your wedding timeline.

Step 5. Assembly and mail

Your pretty paper pieces are printed and ready for assembly. Depending on which package you chose, Sincerely Sophie will assembly and mail to your guests, and a keepsake will be mailed to you. Or we will mail your printed stationery to you for assembly. All you have to do is stuff, stamp and seal. Pop those pretties in the mail.
